Bay Mediation Fees
Mediation is an investment in resolution — often saving significant time, cost, and stress compared to going through court. Below you’ll find a guide to service fees, as well as information about availability and travel. Fiona is based in the Bay of Plenty but is happy to travel elsewhere in New Zealand by arrangement.
Family Mediation
This may be fully funded through Fairway. Private mediation for parenting and guardianship matters is also available. Fees generally range from $2,000-3,000 +GST.
Relationship Property Mediation
Fees generally range from $5,000-8,000 + GST.
Trusts Mediation
Fees generally range from $5,000-8,000 +GST.
Estates Mediation
Fees generally range from $5,000-8,000 +GST.
Travel and disbursements
By arrangement but may be included in existing fees.
